Employee ownership
We are moving towards an employee ownership model with 45% of the company now belonging to the team, hopefully progressing to 100% over the next few years. The Dryflow brand is underpinned by a desire to give more to our people, planet and customers.

Our founder
I’m Andy Cameron, the founder of Dryflow. I love hand dryers for the simple reason they eliminate wasteful single-use paper towels and stop trees from being cut down! I wanted to create the Dryflow range to give customers affordable, high-quality alternatives to the big brands. Most importantly, I wanted to bring innovation and a sustainable ethos to design, manufacturing and aftercare.

Living wage employer
We are a Living Wage Foundation accredited employer. As a business, we want to reward all the hard work and dedication shown by our team. We believe people should be recognised by wages that reflect their hard work.
By committing to join The Living Wage Foundation, we hope to encourage other businesses to make a similar promise to their employees. -
Volunteering hours
From working with the homeless to litter picking, everyone at Dryflow® gets paid volunteer days to work on community projects.
In the last 12 months, we have donated 300 hours of time and collected over 2 tonnes of litter from our streets and parks. We are looking forward to continuing with this rewarding project making our city a much nicer place to live. We have also started working with Moors for the Future donating our time and getting our hand’s dirty planting sphagnum moss in the beautiful Peak District National Park.
